One price per journey
A journey is charged once, when your applicant starts it. It covers every step inside, including one attempt per step. If an applicant never finishes, you are not charged per step. Indicative INR per journey, before GST.

Pricing questions
How does usage billing work?
Journeys are charged once, at a fixed price, when the applicant starts. Standalone API calls are charged per call at the API price. Extra attempts inside a journey are charged at the API price. Prices are before GST.
Is the sandbox really free?
Yes. The sandbox uses simulated providers and has no time limit, so you can build and test before any commitment.
Are these final prices?
No. They are indicative. Final pricing depends on volume, term and requirements, and is confirmed in your order form.
Do prices include taxes?
No. GST at 18% is added on top of every charge and shown separately on your invoice and usage ledger.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can move between plans, and annual billing is available on paid plans.
